Pilates is a functional, low-impact system of exercising aimed at improving strength, stability and flexibility. The main focus of Pilates is the core, which are the muscles that make up the abdominals, lower back and hips. Joseph Pilates referred to this as the “Powerhouse” and he believed that strengthening these areas would create stability in the entire body. Following in Joseph Pilates footsteps, PureCore Pilates teaches Classical Pilates. We are passionate about Pilates and we are committed to sharing our passion with you.

We are committed to helping you become the best version of yourself. All our instructor are fully qualified to instruct Pilates and work with a variety of people. Some of our experience includes working with various injuries and conditions, operation and injury recovery, pregnancy at all stages, sports conditioning, general toning, fitness and postural correction as well as improving low muscle tone, concentration and coordination in children and adults.
